1 package yellow cake mix
4 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
Whipped cream or ice cream for the top!

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake batter according to directions. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with rhubarb and sugar. Slowly pour cream over top. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
