1 or 2 cloves garlic ½ c cottage cheese 2 – 3oz pkg cream cheese, softened 2 tsp freeze dried chives 2 tsp dried parsley flakes 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Process garlic in a food processor until minced. Add cottage cheese and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides. Serve with toasted baguette slices or fresh vegetables.
