2 T vegetable oil
1 onion minced
1 clove garlic
1 t chili powder
¼ t cayenne pepper
1 c ketchup
5 T molasses
2 T cider vinegar
2 T Worcestershire
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t Tabasco
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat, add onion and cook until softened. Stir in the garlic, chili powder and cayenne. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer stirring occasionally until thickened, about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 cups.
