1 large onion (cubed)
1 green bell pepper (cubed)
1 red bell pepper (cubed)
1 bag chicken breast (cubed)
Hungarian Paprika
chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Carmelize the onion till clear adding a spoonful of garlic. Add the chicken and cook until almost done. Add paprika (about 4-5 Tbsp). Stir well, add peppers. Simmer on low while making pinching noodles (see recipe). Cook the pinching noodles in boiling chicken stock. You will want to make lots of these as the kids will use the leftovers for dessert by sprinkling with sugar and adding a touch of milk. Once all is done, serve over pinching noodles and top with a healthy dollop of sour cream. Can be served with biscuits or french bread.
