3 ripe bananas (crush in bowl)

Add:
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
beat well

Add:
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into 2 small loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan. Bake 325 for 40 minutes for small pans or 50 minutes for large pan.
