½ cup margarine
½ cup oil
1 ¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups flour
4 Tbs. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Add dry ingredients and spoon in zucchini. Bake in 9x13” pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
