1 C butter, softened
1 C brown sugar
1 C granulated sugar
1 1/2 C all-purpose-flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 large eggs, well beaten
1 T vanilla
3 C rolled oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cups Craisins
1 C white chocolate chips
1 C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter & sugars. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla.

In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon & nutmeg. Stir dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture. Stir in craisins, chips & nuts. Stir in oats.

Spoon out dough by large tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees until cookies begin to get firm. Do not over cook !
