¼ cup onions, diced finely
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
¼ cup fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup olive oil
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

Mix and taste all ingredients; adjust flavors as you see fit.
Serve on toasted baguette slices or with any type of simple crackers.
