Serves: 2-4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes*

*In morning, prepare cookie sheet or loaf pans with Pam. Lay loaves out and let rise 4-7 hours. Cover with saran wrap sprayed with Pam. (It goes faster if you put on top of a warm oven.) When tripled in size, punch and spread loaf into a rectangle on prepared cookie sheet. Beat egg and Italian seasoning with fork. Spread 1/2 egg mixture on flattened bread. Top with pepperoni in rows. Top that with Mozzarella cheese. Fold top down to center/fold bottom up to center and pinch bread together. Now pinch ends together, then flip the whole thing over, so pinched middle is on the underside of cookie sheet. Spread remaining 1/2 of egg mixture on top of Pepperoni Bread, sprinkle with garlic salt, followed by sesame seeds. Bake in 350º oven 30-35 minutes! ENJOY !!
