Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg angel hair pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lg red pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
feta cheese
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
In a large deep frying pan saute garlic and onions in olive oil until soft. Add 1 can chicken broth and white wine, sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and red pepper. Let this simmer while the pasta cooks in a different pot. When pasta is cooked and sauce has reduced to a consistency you prefer, drain pasta and toss in the sauce. Gently stir in the cheeses and if you like top with some fresh cilantro or the herb of your choice. This is a very simple meal and turns out every time. Feel free to add other veggies, take some out or add more or less of them. Also you may add more wine or broth if it is reducing too much while simmering. I change it every time for something new and each time its great! I have also added chicken or shrimp to make it a more complete meal. I hope you all enjoy it! It is one of our favorites.
