1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, juice & all

Frosting:
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 9 oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla

Mix 2 minutes
Pour into 9 X 13 pan in prepared pan
Bake 350 º
30 minutes

Cool cake completely, than frost.
Cover and freeze,
Thaw 2 hours before serving.
