1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bread loaf pan and set aside. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and 1/8 tsp salt. In another bowl, combine egg, bananas, sugar, and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to dry mixture. Stir until moistened. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
