2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. heavy cream or buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325. Spray one 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray. Blend together eggs, cream, oil, bananas and vanilla. Sift together sugars, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to banana mixture and mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on batter. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
