2 cups all purose flour,
1 1/2 cups whole whear flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder,
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together flours, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Stir in 1 1/4 cups water to make a soft dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface, knead and devide into eight pieces, roll each into a ball. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Roll each ball into a 10 inch circle. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Peel tortilla from work surface by lifting closest edge away from you. Cook one at a time until speckled, 1-2 minutes per side. Wrap in foil to keep soft.

Make ahead, refrigerate for up to 8 hours or freeze in a freezer bag. Warm in 350 degree oven or 5 minutes.
