5 Baking potatoes
1 Onion, diced
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Milk
1 packet gravy
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Peel and slice potatoes. Boil for 5 minutes or until soft. Mash and add sour cream and milk. Beat with mixer till fluffy. Make gravy as directed adding the onion. Spread gravy on top of potatoes, top that with the cheese and then the French fried onions. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the French fried onions start to brown. Delicious!
