turtle
1 bottle catsup
1 bottle worchestershire sauce
3-4 carrots, ground
2 onions, ground
2 lemons, ground
2 hard-boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil turtle, not too long. Season to taste w salt and pepper. Take turtle off bone and grind w other ingredients. Brown 3 tbsp. flour; dip some of soup liquid in flour; add all to soup stock. Boil eggs and add.

Actually...I haven't tried this yet, but there were several recipe cards for this turtle soup in the old collection, so it must be a treasured recipe, right?
