10-12 soft tacos
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
2 lb ground beef
salsa
2 pkgs taco seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, then mix seasoning as directed on package. In a large pie plate, layer taco shell, ground beef, cheese, taco shell. Repeat, ending with taco shell. Put salsa on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º Cut and serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Makes 2 large pies.
