4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 cauliflower head in bite size pieces
1-2 broccoli heads in bite size pieces



White Sauce:

2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup white Swiss cheese
bread crumbs, buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Steam vegetables until tender but firm. In small sauce pan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Mix vegetables in sauce and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake until brown.
