4 medium potatoes, cooked
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chives or green onions
4-6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes and then mix all other ingredients in with potatoes. Place in casserole dish. Put cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.
