1 jumbo crescent dinner rolls
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 carrots, grated
1/4 of a red pepper, finely chopped
1/4 of a green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cauliflower head, finely chopped
1/4 broccoli head, finely chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Unroll the crescent rolls flat onto a cookie sheet, fitting to cover. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley dressing mix and spread onto cooled base. Sprinkle vegetables onto cream mixture, alternating colours. Press gently into cream mixture. Slice and serve. Great as a side dish or on its own.
