3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries

Thaw and drain cranberries (if frozen)

In mixing bowl, add sugar, brown sugar, softened butter and sour cream. Add vanilla and eggs.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder together; add to the butter mixture. Mix well.
Stir in the nuts and cranberries.

Drop a teaspoon full at a time, 2 inches apart.

Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 11-13 mins.
Remove and cool on cookie rack. When cool frost.

Icing: 2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 T. melted butter
2 T. orange juice
