1 (32 oz) package of frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup of melted butter
8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup of sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Partially defrost hash browns. Mix potatoes, butter, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and soup. Put in greased dish or pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until light brown,approx. 45 minutes.
