1 lb meat sliced (use "Times" Beef Sirloin Tail)
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp shoyu
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp sherry
2 tbsp flour
2 lb broccoli, sliced
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat with shoyu, ginger, sherry and flour.
Heat 1 tsp Wesson oil and stir-fry broccoli, add water and sprinkle salt . Simmer until tender then take out. Stir-fry meat in 1 tbsp heated oil. Add liquid from the broccoli to keep meat from sticking to the pot. Mix in broccoli and serve.
