1 head iceberg lettuce (finely sliced)
1 roasted chicken from Costco or Foodland, etc.
(deboned/shred)
1 can (5 oz) La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
1 pkg 3 3/4 oz Almond Accents - original oven roasted flavored sliced almonds

DRESSING
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c salad oil
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a container. Shake well. Refrigerate. Layer all salad ingredients (lettuce, chicken, chow mein noodles, almonds). Add dressing to taste (shake well before use). Toss lightly and enjoy.
