Dressing: (Make early in the day)

3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
2 Ramen flavor packets

2 Pkgs Coleslaw Mix
2 Bunches green onion
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. cashew pieces or slivered almonds
4 T. sesame seeds
5 T. butter
3 pkg. Ramen noodles (Oriental flavor)

Crush Ramen noodles in package. Melt butter in pan. Add crushed Ramen noodles and sesame seeds to the pan. Cook until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and flavor packets. Set aside. Do not refrigerate.

About 15-20 minutes prior to serving, mix cabbage, onions, raisins, cashews, sunflower seeds, and toasted Ramen noodles. Pour dressing over mixture and toss. Serve immediately.

This makes a large container of slaw. For a smaller portion, cut recipe in half.
