1 lb beef (Beef Sirloin Tail from Times supermarket)
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp salad oil
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
2 cans (10 oz. each) whole mushroom (drained)
bamboo skewers (soak in water before use)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut beef in cubes, then slice cubes partially down the middle (to cook meat better) and put in mixing bowl
2. Add sugar, mix
3. Add oil, mix
4. Combine soy sauce, garlic, flour; mix and set aside
5. Add mushrooms to beef and mix
6. Pour in #4 mixture
7. Let stand 15 minutes
8. Place meat/mushrooms on skewer and broil (or pan fry)
