Onion - Sweet Onion or Red Onion
Tomato
Whole Green Chiles
Optional: Fresh Avocado
Marinade:
1/2 c. Oil
3 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Basil, dried
Pinch Thyme
Garlic Clove, Crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in serving dish: Onion, Tomato, Green Chiles and if desired, Avocado
Dressing:
Mix together - Oil, Vinegar, Worcestershire, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Basil, Thyme and Garlic
Pour dressing over layered ingredients. Chill before serving.
