1 can 8-oz. Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
3 tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1/4 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c. (1 lb.) Ricotta Cheese
2 tsp. Grated Orange Peel
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Streusel Topping:
1/2 c. Flour
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 c. Butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Separate crescent dough into triangles. Press edges together in a pie plate to form a single crust. Beat together Butter, Sugar & Eggs until well blended. Stir in Ricotta Cheese, Orange Peel, and Vanilla, mix until blended. Pour mixture into dough-lined pan.
Prepare Topping: With a wooden spoon, stir Flour, Sugar, Cinnamon and Butter, blend until crumbly.
Crumble topping over and fold triangle dough tips over mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes until nearly set; may be made ahead, cool completely and chill, then bring back to room temperature to serve.
