3-4 potatoes diced
1 cup celery chopped
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 cups boiling water
1 bay leaf
3 cups milk
2 medium onions chopped
1 Tbsp butter
3-4 diced or shredded carrots
2-3 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp pepper
1 cup cream

Combine ingredients. Simmer until potatoes are cooked and flavours are blended. Serve with hot biscuits.
