4 - 8 oz, cans of undrained oysters
3 T. chopped onions
3 T. fresh chopped celery leaves
3/4 stick melted butter/margarine
3 eggs, beaten
2 sleeves of saltine crackers
1 c. milk or half and half
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper, (or more)
6.5 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
dash of Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl; add soup, milk, or half and half, butter, celery seasonings, oysters and mushrooms. Mix well. Mix in crumbled crackers. Let set about 15 minutes. Pour into greased baking dish or 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for approximately 90 minutes.
