6 slices of white bread, toasted (don't use fresh)
2 c. cored, chopped and peeled red apples
milk as needed
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c.celery

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl. Soak with milk by adding milk gradually and mixing lightly with fingers. (Make sure toast is soaked with milk).
Add remaining ingredients and mix together with hands. Place inside chicken or turkey. If cooked by itself, spray pan and bake slow at 325º. It tastes best inside poultry.
