1 lb. ground. pork
1 lb. ground. beef
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp. salt
pepper
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups carbonated water
butter
seasoned, cooked red cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Add carbonated water about 1/4 at a time and mix well. Cover with foil and chill 1 hour. With hands dipped in cold water, shape meat balls in oblong patties about 4 inches long. Saute on both sides in browned butter until well browned. Remove to heavy saucepan. Add small amount of hot water to skillet to loosen browned bits. Pour over frikadeller, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
