2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix all together in one bowl, pour into greased bottom of 9 x 13 pan and Bake at 350 degrees for 4
45 minutes.
GLAZE: Melt 16 oz. cream cheese and 1 stick of butter. Beat in 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Spread over warm cake. Cool slightly and then refrigerate. Best when made a day before serving.
