Meatballs:

4 lbs lean ground beef
4 eggs
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onion



Sauce:

2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cups water
2/3 cups vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and either fry in pan or bake on foil lined pan at 350º until cooked through. Mix all sauce ingredients together in saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch with 3 Tbsp water. Stir into sweet and sour sauce. Add meatballs. Simmer to heat through. Serve with rice. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. Large recipe so great for company.
