4 c. Kraft Sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 (16-oz.) jar of mayo
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
2-3 T. garlic powder
1 T. black pepper
1 jar strawberry preserves
1 box Ritz crackers

Stir the 1st 6 ingredients listed above together in a lg. bowl and put in a desired mold. Put in fridge at least 2 hr. When ready, submerge the bottom half of the mold in hot water. Dump into a serving dish. Spread preserves on top. Serve with crackers.
