1 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup Skor bits

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix in cranberries, white chocolate and toffee bits. Place scoops on cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 8 minutes until golden. Do not overbake. Cool and enjoy. Makes 3-4 dozen. Delicious with a hot cup of tea or a vanilla steamer.
