2 - 3 anchovy filets
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 heads romaine lettuce

shredded Parmesan cheese
anchovy filets

Combine anchovy filets, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire in blender. Blend on high speed 30 seconds. Add red wine vinegar, black pepper, lelmon juice, Parmesan cheese and tabasco, continue to blend. While still blending add olive oil in a slow steady stream.

Wash and dry lettuce. Tear romaine hearts into bite size pieces and toss with dressing and croutons. Top with Parmesan cheese and anchovy filets.
