2 lg. onions-chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 lb. Italian sausage-ground
2 (14-oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
2 T. chopped parsley
2 T. chopped basil
2 T. chopped marjoram
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. onion powder
1 T. Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1 (8-oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Asiago cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Romano cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, sliced
4 lg. eggs, beaten
1 box lasagna noodles
salt, pepper, olive oil

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil over high heat until caramelized. In a large pot, cook Italian sausage until brown. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, onions, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Stir to combine. Let simmer while making cheese mixture. In a large mixing bowl add Ricotta, Asiago, Romano, and half of Parmesan cheeses. Mix to combine. Add herbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish and layer meat sauce, uncooked pasta, and cheese mixture in that order. Top layer should be sauce. Bake at 360 for 45 min. Top with sliced Mozzarella and remaining Parmesan and bake for an additional 15 min. Let stand 15 min. before serving with garlic or cheese bread.
