Preheat oven to 350º

Divide ribs into 4 rib-bones each, put in large kettle with some of the sauce and liquid smoke, cover with water and boil until almost done [do not overcook or the meat will fall off the bone]. Layer on large baking sheet, brush with more Bar-B-Q sauce and bake for 30 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil the last few minutes of baking.
