1 1/2 c grits
6 1/2 c boiling water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp tabasco
1/4 tsp accent
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 stick butter
1lb american cheese chopped
3 beaten eggs
1 4 oz can chopped green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in boiling water until very thick stirring constantly so the grits don't clump. Stir in all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 pan and cook at 350 about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

I was never a fan of grits until I tasted this casserole, it's a dish that Sharon Baird brought to every church potluck and I always looked forward to it cause it's sooo good!!
