3 lbs. Pork Loin Roast
1 lb. Pinto Beans [dry]
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 T. Chili Powder
1 T. Cumin
2 T. Mexican Oregano
1 4-oz. Can Diced Green Chilis
3 T. Salt
Accompaniments:
Fritos Chips
Diced Tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Grated Longhorn Cheese
Chopped Black Olives
Diced Onion
Sour Cream
Lots of Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Pinto Beans overnight in large kettle. Next day put Pork Roast in Beans and add all remaining ingredients [except Accompaniments]. Cook all day or until roast falls apart.

Serve over Fritos with Accompaniments
