1 pkt Cottee's port wine jelly
200g premade sponge
2 tablespoons Cottee's strawberry
1/4 cup sweet sherry
425g can peach slices, drained chopped
200g punnet strawberries, chopped
500g premium chilled vanilla custard
300ml cream, whipped to firm peaks

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Cottee's port wine jelly to pack directions and chill until set.
Slice sponge into layers and spread with Cottee's strawberry jam. cut to size and line the base of a 2 litre capacity glass serving dish.

Drizzle with sherry and top with Cottee's port wine jelly and fruit.

Add a layer of custard and cream, decorate with strawberries and chill.
