8 x 250g pork cutlets
Grilled tomato slices, to serve

Orange Marinade;
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon five spice powder
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)

Directions:
To make orange marinade, combine all ingredients in a small jug.

Trim excess fat from cutlets. Place cutlets in a large, shallow dish. Pour over marinade, and turn cutlets to coat all over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove cutlets. Pour marinade into a medium pan. Place pan on heated barbecue. Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove.

Meanwhile, cook cutlets on heated, oiled barbecue grill plate for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove and brush marinade over cutlets. Cover and stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Serve cutlets with grilled tomato slices.
