1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
6 oz package of Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken
1/2 c of water
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tomatoes in medium bowl, add stuffing mix, water, and garlic; stir until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch backing dish; sprinkle with cheese and top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes.
