1 tbsp salad oil
1 onion chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 10 oz can mushroom-pieces and stems (drained)
1 pkg Sloppy Joe "Schilling" seasoning mix
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2/3 c water
1 green pepper chopped
1 bag onion buns
1 to 1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
[Oreida fries to add to meal]

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in hot oil 1 minute. Brown beef. Mix in mushroom stem and pieces. Add seasoning mix, tomato sauce, water, green pepper. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer additional 5 minutes.

Bake fries as directed. Place onion buns (split) in a baking pan, spoon on meat sauce and sprinkle with cheese and heat in oven for 5 minutes after the end of the fries baking time.
