Ingredients:	Ingredients: 8 to 10 potatoes cooked and mashed with butter and milk.Or 8 to 10 servings of potato buds prepared Add: 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese 1/4 c of sour cream 1/4 c grated onion 1tsp garlic salt Butter and Paprika

Directions:	Directions: Mix together the mashed potatoes, cream cheese and sour cream onion and garlic salt. Put into a lightly greased baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle Paprika on the top. Bake at 325º for 20 -25 minutes, cook an additional 20 minutes if refrigerated ahead of time

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: I add about 2 tsp of garlic powder in stead of garlic salt or to taste in my recipe. This may be the same recipe Aunt Sharon serves at the Simons Christmas party.
