1 egg white
1/2 cup crisco
1 stick butter
1tsp vanilla
1cup sugar
1small can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan dissolve the sugar in the milk until just scalded. Set aside to cool. Beat the egg white stiff. Add the crisco and butter and beat until it all comes together. Add the vanilla and the milk mixture. It will seem like soup but just keep beating it ( seems like forever) and it will eventually fluff up.
