Beat together:
8 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup of milk or cream

Stir in:
½ cup salsa (I use Pace Picante)
¼ cup diced onion
1 teaspoon Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook in no stick frying pan over medium high heat. Stir occasionally, until eggs are no longer wet looking. Cover cooked eggs with another ½ cup grated cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
