1 onion
1 lb.ground beef
1 tsp chili powder
1 pkg spaghetti sauce
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 c water
lettuce, tomato, can of pitted olives
avocado (optional)
Daisy brand sour cream
Finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 pkg Tostitos crispy rounds

Cook chopped onion in skillet with oil, Brown 1 lb. ground beef, stirring until crumbly. Drain fat. Add 1 tsp chili powder and contents of spaghetti sauce package. Stir. Add 1 can tomato sauce, 1 c water (or little less if want sauce thicker). Stir thoroughly. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Serve over Tostitos crispy rounds. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives. Add meat sauce, finely grated cheese and sour cream.
Optional: avocado
