5 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups flour

Garnish with:
powdered sugar
lemon juice
fresh butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Butter 8" small round baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, and flour together. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour batter in pan, only enough to barely coat bottom of pan. Cook 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown and batter does not look wet anymore. Put on plate. Spread small amount of butter on top. Sprinkle with powder sugar and lemon juice.
